– A lake effect snow warning and advisory is in effect until 4 p.m. tomorrow. Roads in the Rochester area are plowed and passable, but some lanes are still snow-covered and slippery.

Visibility is poor in many areas.

At Rochester’s airport some flights are cancelled, one U.S. Air flight to Philadelphia is delayed.
