Two lanes close on Modot Boone Bridge -The Missouri Department of Transportation will close two lanes on westbound Highway 40-61 at the Daniel Boone Bridge over the Missouri River Thursday and Friday nights for expansion joint repairs, weather permitting.Crews will close the two left lanes at 9 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 16 and Friday, Dec. 17. The lanes should be reopened by 5 a.m. the following day.
Depending on work, crews may have to periodically close the entire roadway for up to 15 minutes during portions of the work.
