Cuba: The Judges Have Condemned the U.S. Aid Worker Alan Gross - Aid workers in the United States to Cuba, Alan Gross, was convicted of crimes against the state, Cuban television reported.
Mr. Gross, 61, was arrested in December 2009 accused of illegally to set up connections to the Internet in Cuba under funded by the U.S. government.

His work involved the distribution of Internet equipment and satellite communications to the Jewish community in Havana.
Such conduct is prohibited and is considered subversive communist Cuban authorities.
The trial in Havana, lasted two days.
Mr. Gross was convicted of acts against the independence and territorial integrity of the state.
